This website uses Google Analytics to collect standard information on visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to understand the numbers of visitors to various parts of the site and identify areas where we could improve the website.

Coping Differently Psychology follows recommendations for the safe and transparent collection, storage and disposal of personal data in accordance with the 2018 General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). In the first instance, if you contact us to see if the service is right for you we will have a record of your contact details, we will keep these details for a maximum of one year unless you contact us to request we delete it sooner, which we would be happy to oblige. If you go ahead with an assessment and/or therapy, we will need to keep your information for longer. If you do engage with the service we will provide you with a full privacy policy and ask you to sign it so you know what you can expect from us.
