Our Services

We provide individual psychology sessions during which you will be supported in exploring the particular difficulties you wish to address. Once the target problems have been outlined you will be supported in finding solutions to these and be able to work through them at a pace that feels right for you.

We offer a free 15-minute consultation over the phone to discuss whether an initial assessment by us feels right for you. If you decide to go ahead with an assessment this will be a 60 minute online video consultation where you will be asked some questions about the difficulties you would like support with. At the end of the consultation a shared decision will be agreed about the best course of treatment for you. The outcome of this will depend on various factors. One outcome might be to continue with therapy and the number and timing of sessions will be negotiated with you depending on your needs and wishes and the availability of the psychologist. Please note we currently only see people living in the UK. 

Fees

A free 15-minute initial consultation via telephone

£110 per 60 minute online* or face-to-face session**

The fees will need to be paid 72 hours prior to the session, and like most providers we operate a 72-hour cancellation policy which aims to enhance commitment to the process, secure your appointment and minimise last minute cancellations.

*Online sessions are via video appointments through Zoom, a professional online video conferencing application.
